Your league's Admin Action list

The commish/admin-only block at the top of your league page that lists outstanding admin work — unassigned tee times, ungrouped games, settling betting markets, and an empty calendar.

Admin Action is a commish/admin-only checklist at the top of your league page — it lists the admin work on that league that still needs doing, with a link straight to where you fix each one. Players and guests never see it.

Where do I find it?

Open your league page. Admin Action sits at the very top, above the section tabs (Events, Standings, Members, and so on) — it stays visible no matter which section you're viewing, since the work it lists is about the league as a whole, not any one tab. If there's nothing outstanding, the block doesn't render at all.

What shows up on the list?

Five kinds of row, each linking straight to where you resolve it:

  • Unassigned players — a round still has players without a tee time. Links to that round's page.
  • Ungrouped game pairings — a team game (like Best Ball or Match Play) still needs its pairings set. Links straight to the round the game is on.
  • Ready to close out — an event's last round date has passed and the event is still marked in progress. Links to the event page, where you can mark it complete or add a round.
  • Betting markets awaiting settlement — a round has finished with wagered action still waiting on your review. Links to the Betting page's Payouts tab.
  • Nothing on the calendar — the league has no upcoming event scheduled at all. Links to the Create New Event flow.

What do the red and green dots mean?

Each row carries a colored dot that tells you how urgent it is. Red means players are blocked on it — unassigned tee times and ungrouped pairings both stop someone from knowing where to show up or who they're playing against. Green means it's bookkeeping — closing out an event, settling a market, or scheduling the next one doesn't block anyone's golf, but it's still yours to do.

How do I know there's something waiting without opening the league page?

The League tab (bottom tab bar on mobile, or the League link in the top nav on desktop) shows a small dot whenever your Admin Action list has anything on it. The dot and the list are always in sync — it's reading the exact same thing, so the dot never promises something the list doesn't show when you tap in. It clears the moment the list empties, not on a delay.

Does this appear for every league I manage?

Only for the league you're currently viewing. If you manage more than one league, switching to a different league's page shows that league's own Admin Action list — items from a league you aren't currently looking at don't follow you around or show up mixed in with another league's work.
