To RSVP, open the event and tap I'm In or I'm Out — you can change your answer any time until the organizer locks the field.
How do I RSVP?
Open the event from your league page, dashboard, or a notification link, and use the RSVP card: tap I'm In to play or I'm Out to skip. When you go in, you'll be asked to confirm your handicap for the event — this is what your strokes are based on, so give it a second before confirming.
What does the waitlist mean?
If the event is full, the button reads Join Waitlist instead of I'm In. Being waitlisted means you'll automatically get a spot if one opens: when a player who was in changes to out, the first person on the waitlist is promoted and takes their place. You don't need to do anything — you're in the moment a spot frees up.
Why was I put on the waitlist?
Spots are limited by tee times: each round has a set number of tee-time slots, and once every slot is filled, the event is full. In a multi-day event, you need a spot in every round — if any single round is full, you're waitlisted for the whole event.
Can I change my answer later?
Yes — switch between in, out, and waitlist freely while the event is open. Once the organizer locks the field (which freezes handicaps and closes RSVPs), the RSVP buttons go away; if your plans change after that, contact your organizer.
What if the event doesn't ask me to RSVP?
Some events skip RSVPs entirely. For those, every active league member is automatically counted in, and the organizer sorts out groups on the day — no action needed from you.
